Thankfully I don't look as bad as that guy right now, but I've had to skip a few kettlebell workouts because of a massive ear and throat infection. At least that's what I'll continue to believe is wrong until a doctor diagnoses me with "aural myiasis" — otherwise known as being "fucked in the ear by fly larva" — like what happened to this lady in Taiwan. [WARNING: The images and video are graphic.]
Nevertheless, I am bound by having to complete all 15 workouts by 4/30 because there is no chance in Hell I want to do an additional 50 burpees as punishment. The human body just isn't meant to withstand that type of torture and pain.
So with some creative date shifting, I present that latest revised workout schedule that will account for the 4/19 and 4/21 workouts that were skipped.
As you can see, this comes at the worst possible time because the number of reps for each exercise is getting extremely high. Ever since the midpoint last week, I've already had to split a single workout into two sets due to overwhelming exhaustion. Anyone who has worked out in the past should know that proper recovery time is crucial to the success of your workout plan. These back-to-back days are sure to put a strain on my body. Keep checking back for more updates.
