No television show is ever completely perfect. But maybe the most frustrating of all are those shows that are so close to being perfect if not for that one annoying character. Everything works in complete harmony except for that one crappy sidekick, or sassy kid, or bitchy wife who sticks out like a fart during an Easter sermon.

Speaking of which...

Day 22: The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air (Favorite Series Finale)

The fact I didn't pick Breaking Bad as my favorite series finale probably comes as a shock to everyone since the episode "Felina" was regarded as one of the best series finales ever, and also the amount of personal praise and admiration I've expressed in previous posts.

You're unlikely to find The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air finale on ANY top ten list except for mine; however, the finale, for me, wrapped up during a very important and turbulent time in my personal life — so stick with me here because soon it will all make sense.

The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air Overview

Following Will Smith's successful rap career (that's right, right?), he thought he didn't have it all so he decided to star in a crappy sitcom about himself ... Continue Reading

In the episode "Gay Witch Hunt," ... Continue Reading

Time to geek out, bitches. Serenity is the coolest ship on TV and the second coolest on the big screen, falling behind (far, far behind) the Millennium Falcon. Serenity is the name of the "Firefly-class" transport spaceship, thus giving the names to both the 2002 Firefly TV series (that was unjustly canceled) and the 2005 follow-up movie, "Serenity." How convenient.

All-in-all, there's nothing extremely fantastic about the ship. In fact, Serenity can be better described as ... Continue Reading

Day 19: Seinfeld (Best TV Show Cast)

DonDoes30.com - Seinfeld Cast

Most will argue that Friends was the best TV show cast to ever grace the small screen; however, I think I made it painfully obviously that I hate Friends.

Seinfeld, on the other hand, was the source of 50% of the one-liners uttered during the 1990's: "No soup for you," "Yada yada yada," "Master of your domain," etc. In fact, I would go so far as to say that 95% of my readers would admit to seeing every single episode, and the remaining 5% are lying, piece-of-shit testicle-ticklers ...
