Panty Dropping Pulled Pork and Bell Peppers

This meal is so ridiculously easy, it almost doesn't even count. Just remember you'll need at least 6-8 hours for this meal to cook. Here we go...

Ingredients (Pulled Pork):

12-pack of Pale Ale (suggestion: Stone Pale Ale
3-4 lb. boneless or bone-in pork shoulder
1 18oz. bottle of BBQ Sauce (your choice of flavor)
1 Additional bottle of BBQ Sauce for topping

Ingredients (Green Bell Pepper)

2 Large Green Bell Peppers
Ranch dressing (for dipping)


Directions (Pulled Pork):

  1. Place pork shoulder in crock-pot.
  2. Cover evenly with 18oz of Barbeque sauce.
  3. Cook on LOW for 6-8 hours.
  4. When done, remove fat trimmings.
  5. Remove pork from crock pot and shred using forks.
  6. Empty and discard all grease and BBQ from the crock-pot.
  7. Return the shredded pork to the crock-pot.
  8. Add some BBQ from the second bottle and mix until pork is covered evenly.
  9. Cook additional 20 minutes on LOW.
  10. Done. Enjoy your pulled pork with pale ale.

Directions (Green Bell Peppers):

  1. Core and deseed the bell pepper.
  2. Cut into half-inch wide strips.
  3. Serve with Ranch dressing for dipping.
  4. Enjoy your bell peppers with pale ale.
