Punch to the Nuts Pork Chops and Corn on the Cob

Ingredients (Pork Chops):

Case of Miller Lite Limited Edition Throwback Cans.
Large Egg, beaten
1 cup Progresso® Italian Style Bread Crumbs
4-6 Thinly Sliced Pork Chops
2 tablespoons Olive Oil

Ingredients (Corn on the Cob)

2 Ears of Corn
Butter
Salt
Pepper


Directions (Pork Chops):

  1. Start drinking beer.
  2. Heat 2 tablespoons olive oil in a 12-inch heavy skillet.
  3. Preheat broiler.
  4. Dip each pork chops in the beaten egg, then in the breadcrumbs for breading.
  5. Cook chops 3 to 4 minutes per side, until golden brown on the outside.
  6. Remove from skillet and place on a non-stick baking sheet.
  7. Broil pork chops for 5 minutes on each side.
  8. Done. Enjoy your pork chops with more beer.

Directions (Corn on the Cob):

  1. Place corn ears in a pot and fill with water until completely submerged.
  2. Bring everything to a boil.
  3. Boil for 8-10 minutes.
  4. Remove ears of corn from the water.
  5. Top with butter, salt and pepper.
  6. Enjoy your corn with more beer.
