Kick to the C**t Chicken Salad

(Reading time: 1 minute) - Chicken Breast Salad

Ingredients (Chicken):

Bottle of Sauvignon Blanc (suggestion: Greywacke Sauvignon Blanc)
4 4-oz. Chicken Breast Tenders
1/2 teaspoon Salt
1/2 teaspoon Pepper
1/2 teaspoon Onion Powder
1/2 teaspoon Garlic Powder

Ingredients (Salad):

Bagged Salad (your choice)
1 large Tomato
1 large Cucumber
1/3 cup Cheddar Cheese
Italian Salad Dressing

Directions (Chicken & Salad):

  1. Start drinking wine.
  2. Preheat oven to 375°F.
  3. Lay chicken on a baking sheet and season chicken with salt, pepper, onion powder, and garlic powder.
  4. Bake 25 minutes if thawed, 45 minutes if frozen.
  5. Chop tomato and cucumber to desired shape.
  6. Mix salad, tomato, cucumber, cheese, and dressing in large mixing bowl.
  7. Add chicken to salad when finished baking.
  8. Done. Enjoy your chicken salad with more wine.
