Nice Rack... of Ribs

Although the ribs and ingredients were essentially the same as "Baby (Making) Back Ribs," the process in which they were cooked is different. This time I used a crock pot (or slow cooker), making the ribs much more tender than the bake/broil method from the previous time. But who the hell is reading this anyway. Let's get to work...

Ingredients:

Bottle of Whiskey (preferably Jack Daniel's)
Slab of Baby Back Ribs (thawed)
KC Masterpiece Classic Steakhouse Marinade
2 Large Sweet Potatoes
Butter
Brown Sugar

Directions (Ribs):

  1. Take a shot of whiskey.
  2. Cut ribs into sections of 4 ribs each.
  3. Place ribs into crock pot.
  4. Cover all sections evenly with KC Masterpiece Classic Steakhouse Marinade.
  5. Cook on LOW for 8 hours.
  6. The meat should be tender enough to fall off the bone.
  7. Enjoy your ribs with a nice vat of whiskey.

Directions (Sweet Potato):

  1. Microwave potato for 5 minutes on each side.
  2. Remove from microwave.
  3. Add butter and brown sugar.
  4. Enjoy your potato with a nice vat of whiskey.
