Gluten-Free Challenge Recap: Bring On The Gluten!

Check out that pasta. Not only does it contain wheat, wheat flour and wheat starch, but there is also "Wheat Gluten" as an added ingredient!
Thirty days have come and gone, and if you haven't listened to the live radio show yet, I'll recap. The first 14 days or so have been the roughest for every challenge I've completed. After those first two weeks it's smooth sailing.
Because of the gluten-free diet, I lost 10 pounds this month. Now here's where things get muddled. The weight loss didn't have anything to do with gluten itself as much as it did with the overall calories that were cut out from my diet.
