Thirty days have come and gone, and if you haven't listened to the live radio show yet, I'll recap. The first 14 days or so have been the roughest for every challenge I've completed. After those first two weeks it's smooth sailing.
Because of the gluten-free diet, I lost 10 pounds this month. Now here's where things get muddled.
